Session #1 Title – All About Objects (Beginners)
Session #1 Abstract – Learn how to managing .NET objects in Windows PowerShell, including getting properties, running methods, including static properties and methods.
Session #2 Title – A Class of Wine(Intermediate/Advanced)
Session #2 Abstract – Build a .NET scripted class in Windows PowerShell 5.0. June will lead a hands-on lab where you create a class with properties and methods. Add constructors and an enumerated type. If we have time, we’ll create a base class and subclasses to learn inheritance, implement an interface (probably iComparable), create a static property/method, and use the Hidden keyword. To participate, bring a laptop/VM with the released version of Windows PowerShell 5.0 (you don’t need Win10; WMF 5.0 is fine), or just come and enjoy the evening.
